Workshops
Embodywise workshops are designed to give you a taste of different leading approaches to somatic psychology. Most of our workshops are 1-3 days in length.
In 2022, all of our workshops will be held online; in 2023, we’ll return to a mix of online and in-person workshops.
Some of our workshops serve as prerequisites for longer trainings; for example, ISITTA Foundations is a prerequisite for ISITTA Trauma Training Level 1.
The upcoming workshops in January, February and April are highly recommended for ISITTA students. If you enroll in ISITTA Training Levels 1-3, you can take each of these workshops for a 20% discount off our regular tuition price.
