Embodied Flow: Continuum Practice in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Deepen Embodiment, Presence, and Expanded-State Awareness

Embodied Flow is a two-day experiential workshop exploring the integration of  Continuum, a fluid somatic movement practice, with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Continuum is a movement approach that uses subtle breath, sound, mindful attention, and micro movement to cultivate deeper body awareness, support nervous system regulation and shift perceptions. Rather than focusing on prescribed exercises, Continuum invites participants into a direct experience of the body’s innate intelligence, fluidity, and capacity for transformation.

When combined with ketamine-assisted therapy, Continuum offers a powerful practice for staying connected to the body during expanded states of consciousness. While ketamine can soften habitual patterns and open access to new insights, Continuum provides an embodied pathway for sensing, integrating, and making meaning of these experiences through the body.

Together, Continuum and KAP can support:

  • Greater somatic awareness and interoceptive capacity
  • Enhanced nervous system regulation and self-tracking
  • Increased ability to navigate altered and expanded states with presence
  • Access to deeper layers of emotion, memory, and embodied experience
  • Improved integration of therapeutic insights into daily life
  • A stronger connection between psychological healing and embodied transformation

Workshop Schedule and Curriculum (October 9-10, 2026)

Day One: Foundations of Continuum

Participants will be introduced to the principles and practices of Continuum, including foundational breaths, sounds, movement explorations, and experiential “dives.” Through guided practice, participants will develop skills in somatic awareness, self-regulation, and embodied tracking while exploring the body’s fluid nature as a resource for healing and resilience.

Day Two: Continuum in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

The second day focuses on the application of Continuum within low-dose ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Participants will explore how somatic movement, breath, sound, and awareness practices can support expanded-state experiences, deepen therapeutic processes, and facilitate meaningful integration. We will examine practical approaches to guiding Continuum during KAP sessions, tracking embodied experience in real time, and supporting post-session integration.

Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in group reflection and integration practices designed to strengthen embodied learning, deepen self-awareness, and support healing within a relational and therapeutic community.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is designed for psychotherapists, KAP practitioners, somatic practitioners, healing professionals, and individuals interested in exploring the intersection of embodiment, movement, and psychedelic-assisted healing.

Apply by September 10, 2026.

Continuum invites practitioners into a fluid, embodied exploration of breath, sound, movement, and expanded-state awareness.

Continuum Practice in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy is a two-day experiential workshop exploring how Continuum can support the ketamine-assisted psychotherapy process through somatic awareness, self-regulation, and refined embodied presence.

Through gentle movement explorations, breath and sound practices, and guided Continuum “dives,” participants will deepen their capacity for somatic self-tracking while learning how these practices can be integrated within expanded states and post-session integration.

This workshop is designed for therapists, psychedelic-assisted practitioners, somatic practitioners, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and professionals in the healing arts who want to bring greater embodiment, fluidity, and nervous system awareness into their clinical or healing work.
