Trauma is what we experience–deeply in our soma–it can become a gateway into re-remembering our innate healing wisdom.
Innate Somatic Intelligence™ Trauma Therapy (ISITTA™) is a somatic integrative therapeutic modality that addresses how trauma in the body can be safely released and awaken innate healing capacities.
This special in-person immersion will be led by Manuela Mischke-Reeds, the creator of ISITTA. Over three days, participants will weave through live demos, immersive movement practices, small group practices, short didactic learning, and experiential somatic learning. The focus for each day will include:
Day 1 (10am-5pm)
Developmental & Attachment Trauma | Use of safe, ethical touch with trauma client | Demos
Day 2 (10am-5pm)
Pre-perinatal Trauma | Use of movement and trauma | Shame and Grief
Day 3 (10am-4pm)
Ancestral Trauma/Imprints of the past | Breath and Trauma
