Innate Somatic Intelligence™ Trauma Therapy (ISITTA™) is a somatic integrative therapeutic modality that addresses how trauma in the body can be safely released and awaken innate healing capacities. ISITTA is a somatic experiential approach that can be applied to many professions such as Psychotherapy, Mental Health Counseling and Coaching, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies, or any health professional who is seeking nuanced somatic trauma healing tools. ISITTA is an integrative and multidimensional training; it trains the practitioner experientially from their own soma-intelligence and provides a wide variety of somatic polyvagal-informed clinical skills that are applicable to trauma healing.
Embodied Flow is a two-day experiential workshop exploring the integration of Continuum, a fluid somatic movement practice, with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Continuum is a movement approach that uses subtle breath, sound, mindful attention, and micro movement to cultivate deeper body awareness, support nervous system regulation and shift perceptions. Rather than focusing on prescribed exercises, Continuum invites participants into a direct experience of the body’s innate intelligence, fluidity, and capacity for transformation. When combined with ketamine-assisted therapy, Continuum offers a powerful practice for staying connected to the body during expanded states of consciousness. While ketamine can soften habitual patterns and open access to new insights, Continuum provides an embodied pathway for sensing, integrating, and making meaning of these experiences through the body.
