Application Process
Applications for the 2024 certificate program are now being accepted. The program offers rolling admissions, mean that applications will be reviewed as they are received until the program is filled. The priority deadline for applications is May 31, 2024

Applicants will be asked to submit the following as part of the application process: 

• Education and licensure, Licensing board(s) and license/registration number where applicable

• Brief description of experience working with trauma and/or PTSD

• Interest and inspiration for working with Hakomi Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies

• Somatic or Mindfulness practice experience

• Brief description of strengths and growth edges as related to this program

• Scholarship statement for eligible/interested applicants

Who Is This Training For?
Licensed Clinicians including: 

• Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

• Professional Clinical Counselors (LPC)

• Clinical Psychologists (PhD and PsyD)

• Medical Doctors (MD and DO)

• Physician Assistant’s (PA)

• Nurse Practitioners (NP)

• Registered Nurses (BSN)

Post Graduate Pre-licensed Clinician’s with at least 2000 hours of supervised clinical practice (MA)

Prerequisites
There is not a prerequisite for this training; however, we recommend taking a Hakomi Introduction workshop.

*The January training session is the experiential Ketamine assisted therapy training, which will be hosted in Mill Valley, CA. The hours will be longer each day, please do not schedule anything after the day ends.

Walk-Ins
To ensure the smooth operation of our events and maintain a safe and organized environment for all participants, individuals who have not registered or pre-booked their attendance in advance will not be permitted to enter the venue. For registered participants, please refrain from bringing guests who have not been pre-registered.

Early Registration
$8,400 if enrolled by May 31, 2024

Regular Tuition
$8,900 if enrolled by July 31, 2024 (final registration date)

Tuition cost does not include any travel related expenses. 

Given the nature of our program, Embodywise does not offer reimbursement for travel expenses in the event of a cancellation for various situations, including but not limited to illness-related conditions, travel delays, or other extenuating circumstances. 

Within 7 days after you are notified of your acceptance of your application, a 6% non-refundable deposit is due to hold your space in the training. The final tuition balance is due by August 19, 2024 unless a payment plan has been arranged. 

All participants will need to sign a contract agreeing to the financial conditions of this training. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. Please email [email protected] to inquire about payment plan options. 

Scholarship
We believe that psychedelic therapy can be an important support in healing individuals and communities towards a just and equitable future. We will have a limited number of slots to support historically underrepresented groups and recognize the need to support these groups to facilitate our vision for an inclusive and equitable access to these trainings,

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by email by the early registration date will receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee. 

Should minimum attendance requirements not be met, this event may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be granted for non-attendance or cancellations received after the cancellation deadline (early registration date).  

We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness may arise, however please note that due to the nature of our services and the commitments involved, we have a no-refund policy in place for various situations, including but not limited to illness-related conditions, travel delays, or other extenuating circumstances.

We know that people are understandably concerned about COVID-19. We follow CDC guidelines and ask that people with cold or flu symptoms refrain from attending this workshop. Please ask people's preferences before hugging or shaking hands. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
