Description
Embodiment is a fundamental practice and mindset in the Hakomi method. To stay grounded and emotionally regulated can be challenged with some clients. Embodiment techniques can help you to stay in your coaching seat and deepen the somatic experience for your client. This requires a recognition of what your personal triggers are and how to resource yourself while in your work. In this workshop, Manuela will share her real-life coaching tips, working with executive business leaders, and how to be present not just to your client but to yourself when facing challenges, obstacles, and stressful moments in the coaching seat.
