Patterns of fear\, disconnection\, and survival can live in our bodies as the echoes of past generations. This self-discovery course\, guided by Manuela Mischke-Reeds\, provides a compassionate space to explore how intergenerational trauma manifests in your nervous system — and how you can begin to reshape it through embodied practice. This training consists of six live online modules on consecutive Wednesdays\, 10:00am-12:00pm PT: May 20 & 27 June 3\, 10\, 17\, & 24 Together\, we’ll co-create a safe space of deep inquiry and personal healing. You’ll learn gentle somatic tools to cultivate nervous system resilience\, receive guided inquiries to recognize inherited patterns\, and create space for new ways of being. We’ll explore how to meet shame and fear with compassion\, honor the wisdom of your lineage\, release ancestral patterns that no longer serve you\, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety and belonging. This is both a personal journey into how inherited patterns live in your body and a collective journey into community healing. Through guided practices and dyadic connection\, you’ll experience the power of shared presence and embodied belonging — discovering what can end with you\, and what can begin with you. Course Trainer Manuela Mischke-Reeds\, MA\, LMFT\, is a Certified Hakomi Therapist and Trainer\, a licensed Somatic Psychotherapist\, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 40823). She trains health professionals in the Hakomi Method in California\, Australia and Europe. Manuela specializes in integrating somatic psychotherapy with somatic trauma therapy\, attachment psychotherapy\, infant mental health\, and movement therapy. Course Description Healing Intergenerational Trauma is a six-session journey into the heart of your body’s memory and resilience. The struggles you face today may be the lingering echoes of unresolved trauma — both your own and your ancestors’ — showing up in your nervous system and shaping how you live\, love\, and belong. In this course\, you’ll experience the power of somatic self-discovery to identify and release inherited trauma patterns\, nurture nervous system resilience\, and restore a sense of safety and connection.
