DESCRIPTION:Hakomi-Informed Somatic Coaching (HiSC) is a professional training that integrates core Hakomi methodology into a coaching framework. This experiential online training teaches coaches to bring mindful attention to present-moment experience\, including the body\, emotions\, beliefs and patterns that emerge within the coaching conversation. You will develop both your capacity for embodied presence and practical skills for supporting clients in greater awareness\, choice\, and meaningful change. Through Hakomi’s gentle\, curious\, and experiential approach\, you will learn to listen beyond the content of what a client is saying and become more attuned to how they are organizing their experience in the moment. Rather than try to fix\, interpret\, or direct\, you will learn ways of supporting clients to discover more about themselves and how to access their own wisdom. This training is suited for established coaches as well as newer coaches who want to develop a somatic and mindfulness-based approach to coaching.
